PROCESS

1. Enquiry received from potential customer who will be contacted within 72 hours to discuss the project and agree to a time for a site inspection.

2. At the Site Inspection we will define a scope of works and take initial measurements.

3. The scope of works will be documented and presented to you with initial base line quotation and suggested specification.

4. If you wish to proceed from here a 20% deposit will be taken and you will be booked for our full design service.
* Please note a portion of your 20% deposit is non-refundable to cover our costs for the design consultation and drawing to be produced which are yours to keep even if you don’t proceed with us.

 

5. Once the design and drawings are finalised a detailed quote and specification will be presented for you to approve.

6. On acceptance of the final quote a further 60% progress payment will be taken so we can order materials and schedule your project.

7. On practical and satisfactory completion of the project the final 20%  will be invoiced for payment.
8. We will also schedule a warranty inspection with you for 3 months after completion to fix any minor issues or faults.
